Open from 6.30am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8.00pm weekends.
The indoor swimming pool measures 13 X 5 meters. The area is spacious
with teak lounges and French windows opening onto a South facing sun terrace
and garden.
Towels and robes are provided and there are lockers and changing rooms
available.
Children of 15 and under must be supervised at all times while using the
swimming pool.
Children are not permitted to use any of the other health suite equipment.
hotel gymnasium . . .
The hotel health suite gymnasium is equipped with resistance equipment
plus free weights, as well as treadmills, cycles, rowers and a stepper.
Qualified instructors on hand to give fitness programmes and assessments
as well as general advice.
Guests have full and free access to all hotel health suite facilities whilst staying at La Trelade Hotel
