The sauna and steam room are conveniently located within the shower zone
and close to the indoor swimming pool so that all wet areas are together.
The sauna can accommodate six people and the steam room up to eight people
in comfort.
Our qualified instructors are also on hand to provide fitness assessments,
sports massage along with diet and nutritional consultations.
