on a creamy horseradish sauce with a bouquet of seasonal leaves

bound in sweet yoghurt and served with golden croutons

Tender sweet melon and pineapple cocktail
soaked in crème de menthe syrup, served with lemon sorbet

served with bacon and potato stuffing with apple and Calvados jus

Tender fillet encased in a mushroom duxelle and baked in puff pastry served with two tone pepper and chasseur sauces
