La Trelade Health Club Guernsey is a fully inclusive leisure and health suite offering membership to adults, (children are welcome as guests) wishing to exercise and meet people in a welcoming, friendly environment.
There is a 13-metre x 5 metres indoor swimming pool, gym with resistance equipment plus free weights and cardio vascular equipment (treadmills, cycles and rowers), sauna and steam room for guests to use. The sauna and steam room are conveniently located within the shower zone and close to the indoor swimming pool so that all wet areas are together.
The sauna can accommodate six people and the steam room up to eight people in comfort.
Our friendly staff are always on hand to give fitness advice along with diet and nutritional consultations.
Our large swimming pool area has teak loungers and French windows opening onto a South facing sun terrace and lawned garden. There are sun loungers, tables and chairs on the sun terrace.
Our Health Suite is open from 6.30am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8.00pm weekends.
There are lockers and changing rooms available.
Children of 15 and under must be supervised at all times while using the swimming pool.
Children are not permitted to use any of the other health suite equipment.
